So I've been in MMA for a while now and I am looking to body building as a way to gain some weight and possibly fight again in a bigger division. That being said, the more I learn about body building the more am considering it as a full time interest. I've shopped around and done some homework in regards to finding a good gym and good diet advice but recently someone suggested I join this forum as a source of future advice. I weigh 170lbs right now and my ideal weight in my own mind would be about 205. Now accepting all advice lol :)
Learn to squat for starters.
Why would you want to fight naturally bigger people than yourself?

Because if I can get my walk around weight up to 205 then I can fight at 185 which is what seems like it would be better at my height.
Personally If I weighed 170 I would only want to get up to 185 so I could dehyderate down and beat up on all of the little 155ers

That would be ok too but I am so tall that I can easily carry 205 and not all my motivation is fighting based, I think I would just enjoy being 205 between fights. Anyhow, I am just looking for weight gaining advice and leg workouts is one area that I do need to improve alot.
