I just wanted to put up a quick post on the service and quality of the products offered by one of CBB sponsors – GymStar. I was pleasantly surprised that I received all the items I ordered very quickly. Their website was easy to navigate and order from. Shipping costs were reasonable and they don’t gouge you and try to make an extra buck with inflated shipping fees.
The biggest complaint I hear from people is the cost of GASP clothing. My honest reply would be you get what you pay for. I don’t see girls thinking twice when they pick up a pair of Lulu Lemon pants but guys whine about the cost of GASP clothing. I think it’s ridiculous. The quality is top notch. From the stitching to the zipper to the sewn on logos to the material used. The only thing I can compare GASP to is the original clothing offered by Roots. Roots you say? Yep, Roots. When Roots first came out the clothing was top quality. Most of you youngsters wouldn’t know what I’m talking about but Roots sweatshirts were 100% cotton. These sweatshirts lasted forever and the longer they were around the more comfortable they got. Now when you pick up a sweatshirt from Roots you get “polar fleece”. This material is 100% polyester and cheap but Roots marks it up and you pay through the asshole. I guess the wheels of marketing have won over many of the new Roots customers. I have never shopped at Roots since they made this change.
GASP clothing is worth every penny. I can’t stress this fact enough. Give GymStar/GASP a try – you won’t regret your purchase. The only problem I have now is that I am addicted to GASP clothing….

Oh BTW...I am not sponsored by GymStar. I just think that a great Canadian company should be supported by Canadian bodybuilders.

I ordered a belt from gymstar, they had a promotion for free shipping because of the toronto pro show. Should show up soon, the reviews for the product were good.
