Okay, I'm starting to get serious in the world of fitness. My lack of knowledge is holding me back, and I need somebody to push me and keep me on track!

I was wondering if anybody here would be interested in being my trainer, I can pay if needed be. You don't need to show up in person, or anything like that. We can keep in contact over here, phone, skype what ever. I was unable to find a personal trainer in my area, so this was my last resort.

Hi Sawisky,
Personal trainers are highly trained fitness planner who are involved in exercise prescription and instruction. Personal trainers measure their client's strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments and set exercise program with motivation by setting realistic goals and accountability to their clients to improve their overall fitness.

There's a few of us here with loads of experience in the field of exercise, sports and of course bodybuilding. Before you go and spend money on a trainer though figure out what it is you want/need in respect to your goals as well as how much effort and time you're willing to put into this fitness endeavour. I personally won't take anyone on unless they're very serious about what they need/want and are willing to put the work in with regards to the nutrition as well as the training. P is a good choice for a trainer as he knows his stuff and will do everything in his power to ensure that you are on the right track, but ultimately, as I've said, it's up to you as to how much effort you're willing to put in.

Couldn't have said it better. Be very selective when choosing your trainer. I saw on facebook yesterday someone I know who has been training for roughly 6 months just got hired as a personal trainer for Goodlife Fitness. 6 months experience in the gym and people will be paying good money to be trained by them. Be sure when choosing your trainer to look for knowledge, track record, and passion for what they do.
