I've been looking into supplements and...well....way too many choices. I'm NOT looking to get gi-normous, but closer to what you see on MaxFit magazine. Not massive (I'd like to be able to be agile) but then not tiny either. I know that diet/exercise is key, but am curious about what company is the "best" or most trusted. Muscletech? Beast, Six Star Pro? Not looking to do competitive anything, just looking to be my personal best.

Theres no magic supplement that will do that. Gym and diet, if your asking what the magic supplement is, odds are you have no idea about dieting. So post up your diet in the nutrition section.

No, that is not what I'm asking. I know that diet etc is key. I also know there are things out there that work in tandem with it. I'm simply asking of all the options is there one particular brand or company that is most recommended. I'm NOT looking for a shortcut. But anything that helps is good.

its a good thing youre not looking to get "gi-normous" because its a really easy thing to do...be careful, before you know it youll be bigger than you want

hey, well i got a good set up going now and am seeing effective results. im a begginer and was toying around with different suppliments when i started cause buddies told me it was a good idea. They worked for a bit but some times make you feel like shit. I started goin with another guy and he got me on the right track. the only things i take is a good multivitamin, fish oil with every meal, whey protien with little to no sugar and low carb, and a good creatine. that and meat or protein with most meals and approx 4L of water daily and of coarse some greens in there like broccoli

Man, when I was running 300g protein/day the size snuck up on me too, just nuts. You need to taper up to 300g though, don't just jump in. Gotta watch the bloat and have celery on hand in case anything flares up.
