i was wondering if anyone can tell me what good supplements are out there that actually help to gain some good amount of muscle at this time im taking protein (whey) and some ZEUS (test booter...sometimes) tribulus and bcaa amino .
i do eat a lot of oatmeal brown rice chicken breast red meat fish(sometimes) potatos veggies egg whites whole eggs and around five to seven pices of fruit so i was wondering if anyone can recomend something good that i can get at GNC
thanks in advance guys

Supplements are exactly that, supplements. They aren't going to magically give you an edge. Whole foods are the most anabolic things on the planet. Some would even argue that you can rely soley on whole food. The only supplements you'll need for bulking up are a good multivitamin, whey isolate protein powder, and Creapure creatine monohydrate powder.
If you are bulking you'll be getting plenty of BCAAs in the foods and whey isolate protein powder so taking in the extra isn't necessary. And the ZEUS is plain out garbage; yes natural test boosters free up testosterone in the body, but no studies have shown that the freed up testosterone goes toward muscle building.
GNC is a rip off BTW. Order online, at either CanadianProtein.com or TrueProtein.com. You'll get a sh*tload more for your money.

I would also add that being consistent with your eating and your timing is VERY important. Think about it...one day at 1300 cals one day at 4000cals one day at 2200cals so on and so forth is inconsistent with keeping your body in an anabolic state. Prep your meals, bring em with you wherever you go and gradually increase total calories as needed,

It's perfectly safe to order online Marcelo. I've ordered from both trueprotein.com and canadianprotein.com many times. I will say however that canadianprotein.com has much faster shipping seeing how it's located here in Ontario.

Canadianprotein has really fast shipping, I've ordered from trueprotein as well, I will never buy protein from a GNC-esque store again! The price difference is incredible.

Yeah absolutely, never hurts to feed knowledge off each other in this sport!
Btw, if you decide to order from CanadianProtein.com, use the code CP117 for 5% off your order!! :)

Hahah thanks bro! It's a community, we all help each other out so that we all win in the end! I find that CanadianProtein.com is better seeing how they give you free shipping on orders over $99; plus they're Canadian so we're helping out our own economy by buying from a Canadian company.

Hahah I know exactly what you mean. I used to spend a boat load at GNC as well, and thank God I found out about CanadianProtein.com lol! I found out that the products at GNC are overpriced and the quality is not nearly as good as CanadianProtein.com's.

Hahah I doubt forwarding them anything will change their minds! :P I don't stay this lean all year round, I'm actually preparing for the IDFA bodybuilding show coming up on the 23rd on this month. No special diet, just been carb cycling/training/cardio.
