i just started cutting recently and i am using the standard lowering carbs as fat loss slows to eventually keto possible. also cardio is being raised when fatloss slows.

i am using clen for my fat burner.

my question is that i am going to be starting boxing soon and need to cut down for my weight class. i cannot be on clen while boxing. so if i continue this cut while on clen before i start boxing in approx 4 weeks, will my fat loss be minimized when i am just doing cardio and diet. the cardio will be increased substantially when i start boxing. you already kind of answered this before just making sure i get this correct. as long as my calorie output exceeds the input i should be fine for loosing weight regardless my supplements. obviously i am saying this based on good clean diet. i just know that last year i THOUGHT my calorie output was way higher than input but fatloss was almost nothing, so just wondering if i have to worry about any other factors considering i was on clen last year before i started dieting for boxing when i had the little results.

thanks.

Results come from doing everything correctly and consistently....when you introduce boxing you are throwing a wrench into the equation because that is very intense cardio...and then dropping clen will also affect things...I would suggest picking one goal and sticking to it if you want serious results.
