Sustanon - Deca Question

If you were running say 750mg of Sustanon a week and wanted to keep the estrogenic sides to a minimum, would it make sense to take Proviron (say 50mg a day) so as to gain an anti-estrogen effect as well as its ability to increase the effectiveness of the testosterone? I'm sort of getting this idea from Anabolics 2007, but may not be understanding the mechanism properly.

I would grab some enanthate or cypionate if you want to keep blood levels stable and minimize sides. If you have already acquired the sust, pin it EOD.

With anti-estrogen's, the idea is to only run it if you NEED to. Driving your estrogen down will inhibit gains so don't do it 'just because.'

I appreciate the advice. But so you know, I did do the research and there are also people who suggest E3D for Sust is OK so not everyone is on to the EOD protocol. I did some research and thought it through and agree with you that EOD is the best way to go and am going to follow that for this cycle.

When it comes to this stuff, there is a lot of conflicting info out there and it is hard to figure it all out. Me, I start with Anabolics 2009 and work from there.

Of course E3D is OKAY, lol. You wont die from pinning it once a week either, were talking minimizing sides and keeping blood levels stable.

I was checking the little graph that Llewellyn puts in some of his profiles and for Cyp, for example, it peaks on day 2 and drops off a bit from there. It seems that E3D would still be OK, but you would get some variation in levels, EOD would keep them much more stable - definitely! Or would they steadily increase?

You should alwasy have an Anti E on hand. They are not that expensive. I sue one while on cycle all the time

I'm not over thinking. I just have a little supply. Not planning to use it all. Better safe than sorry if you suddenly can't get something.
