sinus infection while on gear?

well currently running test and var but as life has it got myself a nasty sinus infection so doc put me on antibiotics,question is would i have to stop my var while being on antibiotics?

if you cant eat and train properly stop, but stay on test.

By the way, anabolic steroids doesn't reduce immune system. Corticosteroid does.
