I've noticed that my shoulders have a tendency of "rolling" forward when sitting or standing naturally. I have a feeling it's part of what's causing a lot of my neck and shoulder pain. Can anyone recommend some good exercises that will help pull my shoulders back to the proper position?

Thanks!

I do wall angels, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wbBCbl8MNlI

My Chiro showed me this exercise, it's really, really good. Makes my shoulder feel way more limber.

This weirdo has a pretty good video too:

Thanks, those Wall Angels are new to me. I'm looking forward to trying them out.

You're right, he is a weirdo haha. I just found out about the ball thing today from a few other videos so I'll definitely have to get one. Have you tried the foam rollers?

Great, looking up Eric right now.

Getting tired of the years of tension headaches and migraines which I believe is mostly caused by shoulder and back problems. Hopefully I can start relieving this.
