What do you guys think about alternating clen 2 weeks, EC 2 weeks and repeat??

I've read mixed reviews on this and I know they hit the same receptors so shouldn't you take a break completely from both?

Do you guys prefer clen or ephedrine if you just take one of them and how do you cycle it??

Post if you have any info/experience, thanks

Ive posted this in my forum but here it is again.

1. As a fat burner clen is much more potent then EC or ECA
2. Clen is a specific beta 2 agonist, EC are both non specific beta agonists...which means they both hit the beta 2 receptor as well as others...hence alternating these compounds is not a wise decision and will most likely slow progress as opposed to running clen straight
3.You can run clen up to 16 weeks...you should also start with a low dose and gradually increase over time to avoid attenuation and to keep fat loss progressing
4. I would really suggest avoiding ephedrine completely...it is very hard on the adrenal glands and you will pay dearly if you use it for a prolonged time

What do you think about using a natural fat burning supplement like Animal cuts during your off period of clen? Should you be taking a break from caffeine too?

There is no reason to have "in between times" as I said run the clen right thru. Using any stimulant based fat burner will affect the same receptors as clen.

what about using caffeine in conjunction with clen? ie pre cardio or pre workout as a boost? or pre workout supplements that may contain caffeine or other stims?

I usually have a coffee before cardio and training...in moderation its fine.

No unnecessary if you run clen correctly.

What do you mean by correctly, splitting in 2-3 doses and not going crazy with doses and tapering up?

Ive posted the correct dosing on my Q&A...star at 20mcg twice daily and slowly increase it from there every two weeks or so by 20mcg...max out at 120-160mcg daily.
