I'm currently new to the world of the gym, and work-outing in general. I've always been a fan of fitness, and being fit but I never had the motivation until now!

Since I know absolutely nothing about working out, and the what to do's, what to don'ts.

Currently 16, 5'7, and 180 pounds. I'm not overly "fat" but I'm surely not built or skinny! :( lol.

Anyways, I'd appreciate it if you guys/girls could help me create a work out routine that will benefit me the most! Will be looking foward to a response

Pick a beginner routine in the sticky's of this forum. You need to wet your feet and get the habit of going to the gym. Once you start, you'll have to get used to the soreness and get over it. It takes a bit of time but you'll get there. Then you can start tweaking your routines. Learn the basic ways of doing exercises and learn how to "feel" / isolate the muscle you are trying to train.

Keep at it and good luck.

I have been training a 15 yr old. He was 30-40 lbs over weight. His mom pays me. He asked her to not book any beach or water world parks in Orlando during their March vacation to Florida.

I made one monster your age. Tav is doing Nationals this year. He and I met when he was 15.

where do you live? What's your local gym like? What are your goals...to loose fat at first then put on muscle? Many of us gain our muscle during off season..when are are bulking and eating alot of calories. IT's a science.

I currently live in Meota, Sask (small little village), the gym is located here (it doesn't offer much but it's pretty much my own because nobody ever goes there). My goals are to lose my belly fat, and my little ole' man boobs and eventually gain muscle.
