I'm a brand new member, and wanting to know a few things due to the fact I'm taking up the passion of building muscle, getting into shape, and generally making myself a better me! [Physical wise].

Question 1 :

What's the best routine, or best work-outs I can do to increase my chances of becoming more "built" and such. -- I'm currently 16, 5 foot 6-8', and 170-180 pounds.

Question 2 :

What should I buy to help increase the chances of my work-outs will be succesful. [Supplements, Drinks, etc]

Question 3 :

How many times should I be working out a week, how long should each work-out should be.

Feel free to answer one question, there's no need to answer all of them! I'll ask some more questions once I think of them.

Thanks in advance :D

There is no such thing as a best workout routine . Your new to this so just get in and do something.

A gym membership. Protein powder and lots of good food.

Try for 4 days a week doing weights. As for time it's different for everyone. Currently I train for about 30 mins 3x a week and I squat only :) . Your not going to train the way I train and I would ask you to.

Focus on the main compound exersices ( squat, bench, deadlift and Military Presses) and go from there.

Try doing a few searches on here as opposed to getting others to do the work for you...you will garner more respect that way and you will also learn alot more.

Yes, I've been researching around for awhile. I had no luck, because I have no knowledge in this department.
