I'm a brand new member, and wanting to know a few things due to the fact I'm taking up the passion of building muscle, getting into shape, and generally making myself a better me! [Physical wise].
Question 1 :
What's the best routine, or best work-outs I can do to increase my chances of becoming more "built" and such. -- I'm currently 16, 5 foot 6-8', and 170-180 pounds.
Question 2 :
What should I buy to help increase the chances of my work-outs will be succesful. [Supplements, Drinks, etc]
Question 3 :
How many times should I be working out a week, how long should each work-out should be.
Feel free to answer one question, there's no need to answer all of them! I'll ask some more questions once I think of them.
