I am getting cases of these for free so I have been drinking 1-2 a day and I plan on doing it till my free case situation runs out.

The bottles are labeled 10 cal but actually only have 6 (its a Canadian Law thing), and Im wondering if the 1g of sugar thats in it, or the Stevia used to sweeten it will have any detrimental effects on my diet if I am consuming 1-2 or sometimes 3 a day?

I have looked into Stevia and it seems the most legit in terms of health compared to any other synthetic sweetener used currently.

Am I ok drinking these daily?

I was doing the stevia thing for a while but I eventually got sick of the taste. Supposed to be good for you, but if your read the label it says only 2 packets per day max. The only way they can sell it is as a supplement. I am pretty sure this is because it is such
a big threat to the sugar and sweetener industry. I have read some rumours that it is a mutagen, but then other people say that that study is bullshit, and that even tap water would be a mutagen under the same conditions. It is nice that it doesn't cause an insulin response.

Here is what Dann Quinn thinks about it ;)

Stevia is perfectly fine and you can use it on keto.

The 1g of fructose that the bottle contains, is that ok? 2-3 bottles spread out over the day, will it make any difference?

I planted some stevia plants in my garden this year. The leaves are delicious. I find it much more pleasant that the refined powdered version you get at grocery stores.
