View Full Version : Leg Focus- Where in the Weekly Routine?

Hey guys,
In 3 weeks, ill be starting my lean bulk until Jan 1st/2012. In this 6 month period legs will be the key and most important focus for bringing up. Still lagging way behind after two knee injuries and frankly not enough intensity/focus.
If i were to do a 5 day split with 2 off days on WEDNESDAY AND SUNDAY. Where would you plop the main leg workout? I will also be having my cheat meals on leg days to increase kcal for recovery and growth on that day

I really need the day off after an intense leg day and since it's on the weekend I don't have to go to work walking around like a cripple lol

id rather do legs when i'm fresh so I can use max weights.....

Monday. What does the split look like, how are you breaking things down?

I prefer legs after a day off when fresh. I find they suck so much energy out of me, that other preceding workouts suffer if I'm too tired. I'd personally do them on Monday, where you have one more day to train then off again to recover and sleep more.

the muscle group i want to grow the most, i train the day before a day off

normally i do leg day inbetween shoulder and arm day
