Hey Guys,

I Live in Toronto and I've been looking for "Extreme" workout sessions offered by either trainers or organizations.
Rather than just a workout at the gym, I'm looking for more of a "boot camp" or "army style" workout.

Anyways, I found a website called "AllEPIC"...and on there they have this "EXTREME WORKOUT EXPERIENCE" offered by a place called "DCC" which I have not heard of before.....
It looks interesting, however Im still kind of skeptical.

I was wondering If any of you guys have had personal past experiences with either DCC or AllEPIC and how credible they are??

Thanks

DCC would stand for Dynamic Conditioning Centre which are located in T.O.

hi. DCC is not a bad place; they use the noon-traditional training methods in order to get you fit and strong (monkey bars, tire flipping, lots of odd lifing and innovative plyometrics.) They are NOT cheap. Check out one of their free bootcamp sessions first and experience it first hand. You may find a class or two is all you need to grab some ideas to enhance your own training.
Have fun!

That's the thing that got me. I found the experience for only $10 for like a 2 hour session. Im not allowed to post any links, but I found it on a website called "allEPIC".
And the description was exactly as you mentioned, non-tradition style, army boot camp kinda thing.
Anyways Im assuming they are a reputable place with what you are saying.
Thanks!!
