Hi CBB, I finally took my cardio outside today and had a blast. I did run into a little leg cramping to the point where it's painful to twist my foot. Is there a supplement you folks use to minimize those cramps?

Thanks again.

from what I've read, some use taurine and potassium. I don't know how well it works.

Hey MuscularMayor, I take those already at 25 mg/day for taurine and 50 mg of potassium with my 2 tablets/day multi-vitamin. I'll look into it more, thank you.

25mg of Taurine is not enough to do anything my friend. Take 1-2grams of Taurine and drink lots and lots of water (1-2 gallons per day). Are you on any supplements/AAS, that can cause cramping?? Do not take too much potassium, potassium is not generally the culprit if your diet is good and too much potassium can be extremely harmful.

Often Calcium/Magnesium deficiencies can cause cramping. Try adding a Cal/Mag supplement into your regimen. Do not take your Cal/Mag supps with other vitamin/mineral supps, as Cal/Mag can decrease the absorption of some vitamins/minerals.

Hey Gustavo, you are correct about the taurine amounts being low. That is what my 2xday multi gives me daily. I'll up the amount to what you mentioned and see if that helps. Thanks for the tip on potassium and the cal-mag supp.
