Hey P,
I know you recommend a reverse pyramid scheme on the major movements of 3-5 reps, than 5-7, than 8-10 on the last set.
How about on things like Flyes, Leg Extensions, Etc? Personally I've been doing 6-8,8-10,10-12 on those movements, What do you prefer?
