can you explain in layman's terms the difference between treating gyno with nolva, adex, aromisin, femera, etc
the different ways they work? strongest? etc etc (im talking about dealing with slight gyno as opposed to avoiding it if it makes a difference)
thx

Arimidex, Aromasin, and Femara are AI's (aromatase inhibitors) which means they inactivate an enzyme known as aromatase and thus prevent the conversion of testosterone to estrogen. Nolvadex is a SERM (selective estrogen receptor modulator) or a very weak estrogen which attaches to the estrogen receptors in your body thus preventing the estrogen converted from testosterone to attach to that receptor and do its job.
Basically nolvadex blocks estrogen...allowing it to just float around freely unable to do its job hence no sides and the others prevent the estrogen conversion from happening in the first place.
P
Is one better than the other ? Should they both be used or is one good enough and using two would just be a waste ?

Generally AI's are much more effective because you just dont have the estrogen around in the first place. However some people that are very gyno prone tend to require nolva as well...ive seen this a few times. Also if you run into gyno all of a sudden...then nolva will bring in under control the fastest...an AI will help but it takes time and it cannot remove the estrogen already present so sides do not dissipate very quickly.
