First and foremost i am a Diabetic Type 2 on Humalog and Lantis.

just wanted your opinion on how i am using these supplements.

I am off season right now doing a sunday-friday clean bulk of almost 6000 cals a day. My saturdays are high fat and high protein so bring on the wings lol. The hgh i do 3 iu at breakfast no waiting just pin 3 iu's IM into struggling bodyparts. That same day i do 3 iu's post wo into the muscle just trained IM, i wait 20-30 mins then do a meal and insulin. The igf-1 i strictly use post wo 20mcg split 10/10 into trained muscle IM i also wait 20-30 then food and insulin. I have noticed extra growth in my arms with the igf-1. The one question i have with igf-1 can i run this continously or do i have to stop due to down regulation with receptors at that dose? Can't disclose my trainer but this is what i was told to do to help add more muscle mass. I understand there is a overflow of protocols on the web and i have read alot of different ways.

I have run hgh before last year and i was doing 3iu's at bed sub-q i now see that morning would have been better. Well at the 3 kit point everything changed no diet whatsoever and veins everywhere.... so even doing it wrong it helped out.

You are doing things relatively correct but just a few pointers to optimize things.
1. GH can be injected SQ or IM... generally IM is better absorption in people with higher BF %
2.GH should be administered during the day at the most catabolic periods ie first thing in the morning with breakfast and post workout
3. There is no reason to wait to eat when taking gh...you can take it with breakfast and with a post workout shake...avoiding carbs is nonsense
4. Injecting GH into struggling bodyparts wont help them...GH becomes systemic in minutes...it wont hurt but it wont help either
5. IGF-1 LR3 also becomes systemic in minutes...hence the LR3...again injecting into trained bodyparts or weak bodyparts wont help...wont hinder but wont make any difference overall.
6. IGF-1 LR3 down regualtes receptors very quickly...to maximize growth and also your IGF...use it for 4 weeks then take 2 weeks off...you can do this three times before taking a longer 8 week off period and then repeat...10mcg in the morning and 10mcg post workout is optimal
9. You should also be running a high dose of test...this is required for maturation of the new satellite cells created via hyperplasia
10. Taking GH before bed will suppress your endogenous GH production at it largest pulse (during REM sleep)

This is what I would recommend for an advanced BB...ie national level

HGH 2-4iu IM right before breakfast, along with IGF-LR3 at 10mcg IM, insulin as needed to control blood sugar (in those without diabetes I would recommend 5-10iu)
HGH 2-4iu IM post workout with shake, along with IGF-LR3 at 10mcg IM, insulin as needed (5-10iu as above)
Test 300-350mg EOD + Deca 200mg EOD
