I use this 3Xday...one or two are always after a workout.

200g Cottage Cheese (fat free)
Prot 20g
Carb 8g
Fat 1g

Milk 1% 125ml
Carb 6g
Prot 4.5g
FAt 1g

1.5 Scoops of EAS Chocolate Protein
Prot 35g
Carb 4g
Fat 3g

1)Mix the above ingredients...i prefer using the liquefy button so C.C is not clumpy

2) Add Ice....and use the option to crush the ice on the blender

3)Add 4-5 Strawberries (4-5g Carb) or any other fruit if u want...blend that

Result is a great tasting smoothie
Stats: Prot 59.5g Carb 18g Fat 9g

P.S If you want some healthy Fats I add some Udos...and if u want more protein i throw in some Egg Ception egg whites (doesn't affect taste, pushing protein near the 70-80g range)

I would add more fat for the ones not taken PWO and use isolate for the ones PWO because I find it makes a stomach less upset and therefore less mud butt that makes you drive like a F1 driver on the way home.
