Prae, i know you have no horses in this race so i thought i'd ask you....

I just checked out the ingredients of 2 different jars of my whey protein and noticed one of the bottles has soy lecithin as the 4th ingredient in the blend and the other has it as the second.... anyhow, i remember reading countless times men should stay away from soy milk do to it's estrogenous effects. would this be the same, what are your thoughts?
thanks

Soy lecithin is used to "instantize" whey protein..ie make it easy to mix with no lumps etc. The amount is very small but yes it is still soy derived and its use is debatable...the protein i use does not contain it so I avoid the issue...maybe check other sources if it is a concern.

If you are sensitive or allergic to soy, you will also react to derivatives such as soy lecithin...
