currently running pct, been off cycle over a month, on aromisin and hcg and noticing some tenderness on one side...

can hcg have an affect on gyno? seems to be worse after administering hcg dose but that could be in my head or a coincidence...

thoughts?

Yes it definitely can and will...up your aromasin dose or it may be bunk.

femera seems to be the only thing that has been effective for me for gyno symptoms in the past, usually only a couple days is enough to kill it. would that be a big mistake as im in pct mode?

When running HCG you should always use an AI...which one is really up to you...I prefer Aromasin but you can use Femara or Arimidex if you like. I've found for clients with stubborn gyno that doesnt react to an AI Nolvadex at 20mg daily usually keeps it under control.
