I took about a year off the gym, my body needed a rest I had shoulder injuries that took awhile to recover from. I've been back in the gym for a few months made huge gains natural and now i've started a test only cycle. My goal is to loose a 15lbs of fat and pack on some more muscle.

6'3 250lbs 16%bf

50mg Test suspension ED
500mg Test E per week

This is going to be a 12 week cycle with the suspension the first 4 weeks then test e for the rest of the time.

One question I have is. The suspension I'm using expired dec 09 I've been using it without any problems so far. I'm wondering if the potency could decrease since it's so old. I's also been stored in a cool dry place with no light.

Good for you, Kyle, not so good for your enemies:rolleyes:.

I'd say water-based test suspension is more likely to lose potency after its expiry than oil-based products would. It's probably not gone "bad", just not as strong as it could have been.

still to early to tell if the suspension has lost its strength. I do remember that when I took it a few years back it hurt like hell. Now it seems much more mellow. Maybe its like wine gets better with age haha

UGL expiry dates are not to be taken seriously, typically HG have a 5 year exp date, UGLs typically use a 3 year, but honestly I dont believe that there is an expiry same with things like asprin and tums all have expiry but if stored in proper conditions I bet itll do the same shit in 15 years, they just want you to see an expiry date and throw it out and buy a new one, UGLs just put in on the label to sound more legit, how could they even estimate, they have no idea how fresh the powder is that is shipped to them from china, they have no idea how long the oil sat on the shelf from the lab supply company...

good point. I have to say I upped the suspension to 100mg ed the past few days to make sure if it was still good and it definitely is big strength gains in a matter or days..... this shit is amazing

How have your shoulders been holding up since you got back into the gym? Im nursing a shoulder injury atm...
