View Full Version : Best Overall Protein Bucket?

Time to buy another bucket or two of whey protein. I want to try something new that is, in order, (1)high in pure protein (preferably isolates), (2)low in calories/cholesterol, & (3)lower in price (not essential). (4)Good flavour is nice, but not essential. I always get vanilla (if there are flavour choices) since it goes on my cereal & mixes well with fruit. (5)I like getting a big bucket because it's useful, but, again that's not essential. I usually buy in 5, 10, or 20 lb quantities.

I am currently finishing a 10 lb bucket of IDS Multi-Whey isolate blend. It's only 24 gm of protein per scoop (& 125 calories), so I use two. Great price & taste. Previously I stuck with NxCare Iso XP, which has 50 gm protein per large scoop with only 210 calories by itself. Smaller bucket & rather high-priced, though.

I don't trust advertisers since they all say the same thing. TrueProtein.com advertises on here, however, and looks promising.

Any suggestions from you experienced whey dogs out there? I need to place an order!

Best,
Solo

Well my friend, i can say that one of the best deals on the net is from Trueprotein, yes im sponsored, but i wouldnt say something is good if i didnt truly think it was...EVER....They have absolutely nothing in their protein isolates except protein.....No additives, you can mix it gowever you like, any percentage you like protein concentrate and isolate mixes, or casseinate mixes with isolates, etc etc.....It takes me 7-10 days in AB to recv mine, others in ontario i have been seeing on here is a bit longer, i believe Jonnyo gets his in BC in about the same timeframe as myself.....Plus all the other super cheap, best quality supps on there...I order every month like clockwork....Check out their green tea extract and supergreens for the healthy fella in ya....Milk thistle etc....

I always use trueprotein as well, I go for the teamskip formula personally, but I also use their creatine, lba's etc.

by far the best bang for your buck if you live in canada is canadianprotein.com

with their deal for free shipping you will not find better prices on good quality whey

their deals on creatine, BA, and other aminos are also unmatchable by most.

FREE SHIPPING

Would you recommend using trueprotein before any other whey protein (http://www.enutriments.com/dymatize-elite-whey-protein)? If so why is that because I'm debating between a few different brands.

I tried many types of protein but all whey etc gave me the same gas issue. I since only take PeptoPro. I buy it from TrueProtein but you can buy it wherever you can find it. It is more expensive but you need less of it so it comes out the same money pretty much. PeptoPro is predigested caseine. There are other ones on the market too but peptopro tastes the best. it is least bitter.
I also like super plasma protein but that one is bit more expensive.
best stuff ever.
