that's a loooong time on the deca.

coulbe a summer bloat goin on but you can combat that if you keep your carbs in check, drink lots of water, i take it you wanna bulk tho. also you should add couple more weeks of test after your done deca, then start pct

Deca is not a fast builder and is used for longer cycles
12 weeks is perfect (not a loooong time)
The slow onset and mild properities of the drug make it
more suitable for longer cycles
Ya a couple more weeks of test should do the trick
and yes of course it's a bulking cycle lol

I just found that deca shut me down hard so I'd give it up a for the last few weeks. But that's just me.

I'd run the HCG during the cycle, not during PCT. HCG is suppressive to natty test so its counter productive during PCT.

if your esters are longer, you will have enough time to do your hcg post cycle before pct begins. if not, like tarnow said.

the first couple weeks of pct i would double or triple the nolvadex too. taper it off, but thats just me

i would keep your test higher than your deca.
