My name is Amanda...I have been working out seriously for 5 years now and just started Prep for fitness and figure comps..Am new to the fitness and figure world but not new to the fitness industry..I am a personal trainer and have been for 6 years..I have a lot of friends that are pros with the IFBB as well as other organizations...so any suggestions would be great...Thanks...and hello again!!!:tu
