looking for some advice here, So due to my work schedule the only time I can weight train is at night from 630 to 8-830ish. After my workout I take my protein shake (ON Hydro Whey) then before bed 10ish I am taking a Casein Shake. My goal is to lean out and i'm not sure if i'm wasting protein and adding unwanted calories by taking it so close together. Help Please. Thanks

No, ur not wasting the protein. If your trying to lean out, the problem lies in your diet.

Heart diseases
Bone lose
Kidney Damage
Constipation
Arthritis

Eat a whole food meal before bed.
