I know it says only legal substances here but I am not sure weather or not it is. I cant seem to get an answer from internet searches either.

if you dont have a script, yes its illegal, just like any type of anabolic androgenic steroid

Anavar is legal to possess but not legal to buy or sell without a script. It falls under Schedule IV.
