My PCT Plan - Opinions Appreciated

Hello Everyone, Always appreciate when someone takes the time to read my thread and comment.

Plan on coming off sometime near the end of this summer. Been cruising on low doses of Test Enth for a long time. 250 - 350mg / Week for about a year.

I will be going to a doctor first to have blood work and tests done before and after to check all my levels and compare.

Here is my PCT Plan and I welcome any thoughts and advice.

HCG
Nolvadex
Aromasin


Week 1 -2
-------
After my last shot of Test Enth @ 250mg....
Nolvadex @ 20mg / Day


Week 3 - 5
-------------
HCG @ 3,000 IU 3 Days apart for 3 Weeks (6 Shots = Total 18,000 IU)
Aromasin @ 25mg / Day
Nolvadex @ 20mg / EOD


Week 6 - 7
------------
Aromasin @ 25mg / Day
Nolvadex @ 10mg / EOD

Week 8
------------
Nolvadex @ 10mg / EOD

Wait 2 Weeks, Get Bloodwork / Tests.

Thoughts, Advice, Comments and Opinions always welcome.

Does anyone else like to add anything during or after PCT such as Tribulus or something else?

First off, you need to let the long esters clear before starting PCT. This will take 2-3 weeks.

While the esters are clearing use the HCG and aromasin.

Also, get some clomid, nolva sucks, IMO only good for estro blocking not recovery.

Run the clomid after HCG is done, ~100mg/day for 3 weeks (or as long as you can handle, lol) and then drop it down to 50mg/day for another few weeks.

I think this is roughly what P suggests, but go check his PCT method for more detail about HCG doses and timing ETC.
