What's up? Ya all didn't think I forgot ya did ya? Well, I've spent 2 yrs on dating websites and seem to have landed a faithful guy for much deserved happiness. Which leaves time on my hands at this hour.
I never left the game.....not on the stage again but itching too. The new man loves me off season...ohhhhh but he don't know..wink wink..how good it gets when I'm "ON" season.
So no more dating website homework. :excited I'll be momma around here for a bit. I"m coaching a male bodybuilder in an upcoming show...
Excited as hell to be watching my boy Tav go to Nationals (Hes with Lou Joseph now), I'm hoping to work back stage at Fouads show in Windsor this fall, (and don't tell my guy, i'm dieing to bring home a first place grandmaster bodybuilding trophy..one I don't have) I now have 9 personal training clients and I'm still signing up clients for my small personal home training salon. :excited
I"m Grammy to a fabulous grandson who is in Florida, my girls are now almost 18, 20 and 29.
I'm hitting the gym 3-4 x a week..lifting almost as heavy as before. Never took time off..so it's consistent. 50 lb dbs for bench..what use to be 55s. 40 lb dbs for shoulder press..better then before. Pull downs 120 lbs on cable. Strong upper body but let my legs die out..after a season as a figure competitor it was hard to get them back.
