I have recently picked up Tren and Anavar in 40mgs. I have some questions before I get started, anyone with the time to help would be awesome.

#1 Does this combination even make sense?

#2 Whats a safe dosage for a beginner?

#3 What side effects can I expect?

#4 What is proper? Added Test or Estrogen Blockers?

#5 Is liver support a good idea? If so, what should I use?

#6 Where is the best place to get workout routines online?

#7 Is diet a priority on this combination of supplements?

I think tren is the worst steroid to try on a first cycle. Probably the strongest, but the one with the most sides (insomnia, gyno, acne, agression....)

According to all the questions you asked, you're not ready for any type of steroids, not even creatine. You need to understand how important is to eat. If you dont eat well, you wont grow, period. Its the excess of calories who build muscles, not the steroids...


Mixing tren and anavar make no sense. Tren is very good for strength, lean mass and making the muscles real hard. You wont see much by adding anavar (the mildest oral steroid).


Once you master training and proper nutrition and have a few years of training while following a bodybuilding lifestyle, you might want to try a testosterone only cycle.

If you follow that protocol plus your tren and var you will be fine.



In reality. Massive fail on your cycle. Please dont use either of those compounds until you read through this site and others for a few months at least, and follow good training and diet for a few years at least.
