hi praetorian, i have been reading your posts and would like to thank you for sharing all your knowledge

I am having quite a bit of bloat to the point where my pants are having a hard time fitting. I jumped pant size from 36 to 38. i am aware there can be bloat with test e but with minimal carbs i didn't expect this much bloating

also i noticed my energy level dipping a bit. no other symptoms.


more info:

blood work fine before cycle everything within range
first cylce - 4 weeks in
training for 3 years
500mg test e / wk -----250 x 2 mon/thurs
33 yrs old 210 lbs solid frame 5ft 9 probably 220 with bloat, i haven't weighed myself lately just because of the bloat (its a psychological thing i guess lol)
clenbuterol 30mcg / day for now will increase every week up to 150mcg
following a low carb diet with high protein and moderate fats also using whey isolate 2 to 3 times,day 6 meals a day, 10-30 grams carbs per day consisting of broccoli, spinach/ pb/ almonds

looking to lean out

drinking 1.5 gallons water/day
30 min of cardio 2 x a day mixed with low intensity and hit

not sure about bf % but losing 20lbs would make me look good

will the bloat go away and my body normalize or should i use some nolva (i have) or aromasin (can get) to keep the bloat down (i read this on another site), if so which and how long and what else can i do.

any ideas?

3 to 4 meals consisting of the following
approx 7 oz of meat -chix,beef,pork nothing processed with 1 - 1.5 cups veg (see above) with either 1 tbsp of mayo or mustard

2 or 3 meals consisting of protein shakes depending to add to 6 on of 50gwhey iso with tbsp ex virg olive oil and scoop of pb

total meals including food and shakes add up to 6.

maybe 2 oz of mozzarella cheese throughout the day

i would think this diet should minimize bloat

I'm not being sarcastic but why do you think its bloat and not fat? 500g test e weekly will barely aromatize in most people.
Your diet is not optimal for fat loss or muscle retention...do a search and run Palumbo's diet for a 200lb man that will optimize things.
Cardio starts at once daily add 10 min every week or two as fat loss slows, clen starts at 20mcg twice daily and raise it by 20mcg every two weeks until you hit 120mcg total..then leave it there. Cardio should all be low intensity....max 130bpm hear rate.
You can run 12.5mg Aromasin ED if you like.

reason i thought it was bloat was it seemed to happen all within 2 weeks. guess i thought wrong. but i understand what you mean and will follow your advice. thank you

Fat has a strange tendency to creep up on you...its tricky like that. ;o)

Can Test-E prevent you from losing weight if the diet is solid and the goal is to lose ?

Meaning would cardio have to be increased more often or calories be lower than if not on ?

Definitely not...it would help by keeping androgen levels higher...cardio and calories wouldnt change.

Were you able to strip the 20lbs while on the Test-E?

Test E has nothing to do with not dropping weight. Proper diet and cardio is essential...if you are estrogen sensitive use an AI.

True. I've seen guys win shows on Test E alone.
