hi praetorian, i have been reading your posts and would like to thank you for sharing all your knowledge
I am having quite a bit of bloat to the point where my pants are having a hard time fitting. I jumped pant size from 36 to 38. i am aware there can be bloat with test e but with minimal carbs i didn't expect this much bloating
also i noticed my energy level dipping a bit. no other symptoms.

blood work fine before cycle everything within range
first cylce - 4 weeks in
training for 3 years
500mg test e / wk -----250 x 2 mon/thurs
33 yrs old 210 lbs solid frame 5ft 9 probably 220 with bloat, i haven't weighed myself lately just because of the bloat (its a psychological thing i guess lol)
clenbuterol 30mcg / day for now will increase every week up to 150mcg
following a low carb diet with high protein and moderate fats also using whey isolate 2 to 3 times,day 6 meals a day, 10-30 grams carbs per day consisting of broccoli, spinach/ pb/ almonds
looking to lean out
drinking 1.5 gallons water/day
30 min of cardio 2 x a day mixed with low intensity and hit
not sure about bf % but losing 20lbs would make me look good
will the bloat go away and my body normalize or should i use some nolva (i have) or aromasin (can get) to keep the bloat down (i read this on another site), if so which and how long and what else can i do.
any ideas?
