Hey guys! New here and new to bodybuilding in general. Been a fan all of my life but never really went into training. I bought Championship Bodybuilding by Chris Aceto because I heard his nutrition advice in this book is spot on. Was just wondering what everyone's opinion on this was... good book?

Is this the right book I should be starting out with for training and nutrition advice, or are there others that are must have's?

I have that book, havent gotten around to reading it.
It's in the unread pile about 8 down.

I've read a tonne of bb books but only handful were awesome.
Best thing to do is read it and see if what he says resonates with you.
A big thing with information is not if its right or wrong, but whether you actually do it.

Its a very good book and you should be able to pick up whatever you need to know to set yourself up with a good diet. Good thing is he likes carbs, and IMHO is the best way to go.

Chris goes back to "in the day" and was probably the first to get a handle on nutrition for bodybuilders. Lots of wisdom there...
