If you lower your carbs it can help,or lower your dose. But something very good for it is nolva,or proviron, helped for me.If that doesn't work go get a scipt.

Lot of people say hawthorn berry works. Here's some more info on it:

I'm not a proponent of using meds to combat things that can usually be overcome by changes in diet.

Limit your sodium, fat, cholesterol, and alcohol intake.
Eat foods containing enough potassium, calcium and magnesium.

Are you currently running any gear?

Are you on cycle?

cardio will help too, sometimes at the start of cycle bp goes up but normalises on its own after awhile, how high is it

wow, you need some real pharmacological intervention. I remember an old lab that used to make an inj. something called DEDI (or DEDO) that was a safe BP med. Fish oil will thin your blood... but that might not be a good idea, hmm . You need to go to a walk in clinic.

I will say this again a good anti-estrogen will do the trick. But a health food store sells Hawthorn berry as a tea,i know this because i worked at a health food store,i think it comes in caps as well.

I agree. You're running over a gram of test a week with M1T. I'm pretty certain that your HBP is caused by or aggravated by the amount of test you are running. I would try the anti-e.

these guys make sense, could be the rapid increase of water retention.

has your diet changed from before your cycle? if not, its the gear and the sides from it, either reduce the dosage or take medication to combat the sides

Twin Lab makes a product that has helped me in the past while BP was high. Product "Blood Pressure Control".

hey bro i'll be running m1t as well but in very low dosages, this is what i have lined up for keeping my BP in check (i have hereditary hypertension, and this may seem like overkill, but i'm taking 0 chances):

Garlic !!!!!! (get the de-smellified pills)
CoEnzyme Q10
Hawthrone Berry
Folic Acid
L-Arginine (very limited amounts)
Omega 369 (limited amounts)

You should be careful with the omega 369 and garlic since they both work to thin your blood, so avoid paper cuts as much as possible!

What you're referring to is Dada.

At over 140 you're doing damage to your kidneys.
