You have a good frame to work with, I would stick to basic exercises and train 2on-1off.

Until I can get a gym membership in September (maybe as late as October) the only exercises I can really do are bench (incline too), curls, trap shrugs, bent over db rows. My workout room is so small because of other clutter that I'm not allowed to move. I can't even get the bb on the floor to do some rows and deads.

ya heavy basics are the way to go. if you lean up youll look way better, get protein in you every 2 hours, keep carbs low. you can get out and walk or run for cardio. good of you to post starting pics, most guys arent that brave, post monthly updates

It just sucks I won't be able to get to a gym until September. I'd love to be able to work lats and back and use heavier weight. Gonna cost me $504 for a year membership. For that amount of money I'm really going to make it a lifestyle. Going to be getting up around 5-6am every morning so I can get to the gym when it's not busy and have no distractions. Since I'll be going to sleep earlier I'll have to give up watching lots of hockey and baseball but at least I still have football to watch.

I really want to make it work this time.

For some reason when I look at the first two pics it pumps me up to get in shape. Maybe because I look more tan.

My first gym I went too was my own basement/bedroom..it was called push up and sit ups. Didn't find cost me any money.
