hi all back in the game again had to get my life in order and fix my health as well as a few other problems nice to see all the old names are still here! ill be running a small cycle of sust starting next week, been off for 10 months now and been back to the gym for 2 now hoping to see some great muscle memory results anyhow just a quick update and will keep posted on my results.
