Hardcore gym in missisauga - toronto west area

Hey I'm looking for a good gym, the more hardcore the better, property is optional - I'm in town for the weekend and will do 2-3 workouts there. Well thanks for your suggestions bros and sis of iron!

I train in Mississauga at a place on Millcreek just off of Derry Road. Would love to help you out but it's a Goodlife and it has 2 half racks and not a single cage/power rack. Took me a few minutes just to explain to the people at the front desk what a power rack was and how it's different from a half rack... But no one bothers me when I deadlift or use chalk so it works fine...but I wouldn't call it hardcore. Good luck finding a place.

LMAO based on the reviews this place sounds promising. It's the Goodlife near Square One:

Don't go to this gym! This gym is like a dungeon, blow dryers are broken, soap dispensers are never full, paper towels and toilet paper better bring your own. Also some staff and members will make fun of you, make homophobic or derogatory marks even if you are straight or whatever or not in shape...Don't waist your money go another location.

This is a very dirty gym. Woman's bathrooms are always filthy. urine, used toilet paper on the floor. GROSS! I am surprised that management hasn't done anything about it.

Fitness 365 - take the Dixon exit. You can see it from the 401.

I train at the Millcreek Goodlife too, overall good gym with plenty of equipment, but may not be as hardcore as you'd like. As SS stated Fitness 365 is a good place and just of the 401.

You guys train at millcreek goodlife? I used to work there. I also used to work at the liquid NRG that used to be in that plaza.

Fitness Finatix in mississauga on collegeway and burnhamthorpe is prolly your best bet. best prices as well.

I remember liquid NRG, I used to buy 10 lbs pails of protein from there a looong time ago in Streetsville. My neighbours thought I was crazy when I showed up with those things at the house. Goodlife was Absolute Fitness at the time.
