will taking advil halt my muscle growth at night?

I am currently on cycle, test cyp and anadrol. I have injured my leg in the gym and past 3 days I could not sleep due to pain, If i take an advil at night to reduce the pain in my sleep since it has gotten better, will I still grow, or my muscle growth will halt that night? I know that advil will reduce protein synthesis, but if i take it at night, will I not grow since it is an anti-inflammatory?

In the short term to alleviate inflammation and pain it is fine...I would try to avoid using it for extended periods however ie months

Switch your nsads up and don't use the same one for any extended time. I avoid Tylenol all together
