So how does it work? If you win an IFBB pro qualifier you are eligble to apply for your pro card. Why do some people hold out and not accept? It looks you into IFBB contests only and they dont have a chance to showcase themselves at amateur contests or for different federations?
Do you pay a association membership fee each year?

If you get overall at the nationals, you become eligible for a pro card. All you need to do is apply for it. It's a yearly thing.
