You gotta be patient...as the bodyfat disappears so does the moobs. Keep dropping.

I would also suggest , keeping reps up 12-14 for your chest & dont add to your mass right now by lifting crazy heavy. DK really has the answer here , time. The movements themselves wont make too much of a difference , you cant train only one part of your chest i.e bottom, top etc.

You need to be on a specific fat loss diet, add cardio, and train with heavy weights in the 6-10 range to maintain the muscle you have while getting rid of bodyfat. Once your BF is low enough the moobs will disappear.

my cardio is around 30 mins daily, i will try upping the weight lower the reps. as far as chest you guys recommend more reps?
movements on chest on a regular day are decline press, butterflys, cable set high standing flys, cable set low standing flys, wide arm machine, flat dumbbell press

still high weight low reps for chest...start with compound movements then isolation!

Flat bench 3 working sets 6-8-10 reps
Hammer strength incline press 3 sets 6-8-10 reps
Incline dumbbell press 3 sets 6-8-10
Cable crossovers or pecdek 2 sets 10-12

Thats all you need.

Make sure to warm up to our first set which will be failing at no more than 6 reps, remove approx 10% weight for second set failing at no more than 8 reps, remove approx 10% weight again and third set failing no more than 10 reps. Make sure to warm up but not so much that you tire yourself out as most people do when pyramiding.
Example for someone who bench presses 315lbs failing at 6

bar 10 reps
135 10 reps
185 6 reps
225 4 reps
275 1 rep
315 1st working set 5-6 to failure
275 2nd working set 7-8 to failure
225 3rd working set 8-10 to failure
Done

PS. NO forced reps, no negatives, FULL range of motion NO half reps...touch your chest.
