So my pre contest diet was egg whites , chicken breast and broccoli , ie protein and fibrous carbs only ...wondering if a descent off season transition would be to convert to the palumbo diet ie protein \ fat adding carbs as you have outlined for me in my last question ie adding 30g carbs meals 1,3,5 .The reason i ask is that I want to avoid putting on too much fat\bloat post contest.....need to stay leaner as I have lost 63lbs in the last 15 weeks lots of it being muscle. Thanks in advance as now last coat of protan before show :)

Thank you sir , do you think this would be a good transition idea to go straight into off season ? I think its a good way to add calories while keeping lean...ideas ?

Once your body becomes more efficient at processing carbs (approx 6 weeks) then you can add more and start off season. Did you run any aas during precontest? If so you will need to do PCT and get blood work prior to off season.
