Got back into the gym about 3 weeks ago and most of my supplements from last time I was using them were expired and NO-Xplode is hard as a rock.. Anyways looking to build a lean mass/weight loss stack and just looking for some advise/revisions on it from your guys, I'll post what I have ready to order and feel free to make changes (flavor or brand-wise) and feel free to tell me if it is too much..

Old Stack:
Opti-Men
BSN No-Xplode (Blue Raspberry)
PVL Whey Protien (Smooth Vanilla)
Purple K Creatine
Allmax Glutemine

So for a revised stack this is what I'm thinking..

MyoFusion (Chocolate)
Animal Pak
Animal Cuts
Animal Rage
VPX Power Shock
Pump-Bol (just stocking it for when rage finishes)

And I'm not looking to start all these supplements at once, but looking to get all the products ordered at the same time to save on shipping two or three orders.. I'm missing a creatine in the new stack am I not? Should I bother buying one?

Thanks in advance for any advice,
Dan

I don't know much about animal products but I liked your old stack minus the NO X

How's that "glutemine" working for you? You may want to try some Clambutteroil. LOL

Pick up some creatine from one of our sponsors.

.. Ya, ya.. Glutamine, not glutemine..

Hows that stack looking? And any particular creatine or does it matter?

Ya, the old stack was okay, was just looking to expand on it a bit and try out some other stuff, ya, I didn't want to do the NO.Xplode again, that didn't sit well with my stomach with half doses..

I think I may go with Pump-Bol now and cut the Animal Rage, I've been getting some feedback from another site and I'll be switching around my stack.. Just figured I'd check here if anyone was going to tell me if the products were any good..

Creatine mono. Just make sure it's fully dissolved.

Maybe we could create a new thread with those videos embedded and give it a name like Creatine Info. or something like that and sticky it. Great videos.

thanks for the link SS! I have ALWAYS mixed my CM in cold water (or cold shake) and always have a signifigant amount undisolved at the bottom of my glass.
