Received my GHRP-2 from canadianmedsupplies this morning and did 100mcg on an empty stomach. I ate 30min after inj. and did squats 1.5 hours after. Just started into squat last week, I took 7-8 weeks off. I was sore for 4 days after last week so I did the same weight today. I got the feeling of 'oh **** I'm going to be sore' after lifting so I kicked my feet up on the couch and had a shake. Got up 20min later and immediately noticed that sensation was gone when I stood up. Maybe its the IGF-1 action going on already but i'm feeling better 2hr post workout. I also got a little warm tingling sensation 30min after inj and there were no serious hunger issues at all. Unlike synthetic GH, I have read that GHRP induced GH release is noticed much faster (results wise). Partially because there are several types of GH produced naturally but when injecting synthetic GH there is only one type.

I'm excited to see if my sleeps improve and if I am indeed not going to be sore tomorrow. Probably won't update this every day, once or twice a week maybe since results should be gradual. I also know the power of placebo so i'm trying to act like i'm not injecting anything.. lol

Noob mistake, I messed up my calculations for mcg/tick on the u-100 insulin syringe. I mixed 2.5ml BA water with 5mg GHRP-2 so I had been taking 200mcg (5th tick) when I should be taking 80-100mcg (2-2.5 tick). In various studies ~1mcg/kg body weight have been ideal, so i'll try the 'normal' dose tomorrow. I could definitely feel 200mcg kick in, I got a warm flush, I could feel my stomach churning (felt like it was emptying?/hunger setting in) almost felt a bit nauseous. All these symptoms pass within 5 minutes, I feel a good sense of well being/relaxed after the symptoms pass. The *slight* hunger induced by the shot goes completely away, almost feel less hungry after.

Had a hard workout workout last night from 30 second sprints to 5min intervals. I was wiped but felt surprisingly good this morning. Took a shot before bed and woke up at 8am and took one, went back to bed till 10.

Sleeps have already improved, I have problems with insomnia and have trouble getting really deep sleeps. I have taken sleeping pills semi-regularly, i'm off them now and feeling better then before. Waking up with what seems to be more energy and before my alarm.

Diet is ~300g protein, and im figuring out my carbs, they have been around 150g for the past couple days with around 50g good fats. So roughly 2250 cals. Just experimenting with cutting but should get it dialed in soon. Probably have to up the carbs a bit as training increases. 199.2lb this morning, aiming to get down to probably 185lb. I'm going to juggle my carbs (slightly) according to training for the day, trying to nail down carb timing and managing insulin response.

Prae posted something that is probably common knowledge but It totally skipped over my head its so simple, alternating having carbs and no carbs in meal. Keeping the carbs in the more important meals like breakfast and PWO.

Feeling very good, definitely isn't placebo. Over all sense of well being every day, really deep sleeps continue. Waking up refreshed every day so far. Lowered the dose to 100mcg yesterday and felt basically the same effect as 200mcg, which is good and what is supposed to happen since ~100mcg is the saturation dose. Legs haven't been sore yet, training hard. Squat day tomorrow.

Just the value of good sleep every night counts for a fair bit.

Past few days I have felt more tired then usual. Really deep sleeps but feels like i could sleep forever, waking up a bit groggy. Maybe this needs a 5 on 2 off protocol for some..
