Hey guys I'm kid of struggling lately with my keto diet I haven't been goin under 90 carbs........I was wondering if someone could help me with a diet plan as I am goin to be hitting a cycle real soon.

Stats: 170lbs bf% around 10-12
Cycle history....wini 5weeks clen 6weeks 2 on 2 off.....jus came off my 2nd cycle test prop,primo and clen 4weeks var 5weeks

Looking to start tren ace,test prop,prov,eq,mast,T3,yohimbe burn

Nizrol shampoo and Spironolactone cream to save hair cuz last cycle thinned out out
I always take my vits but only the bs zinc vit C and D....fish oils and milk thistle.....

Any more info needed please ask and all your advice is appreciated thanks everyone

How tall are you that you are dieting at 170lbs? or are you a female?

Ya I was under the impression that keto has a max of 60g of carbs all from indirect sources....

I find what dictates your carb amount is the type of Nuts you use and your protein powder - I don't think it would ever hit 60g , 50g maybe and that's at 8-9g per meal and even that could be high.

Remember the fibre will cancel out the carb source - so if your protein says 5g of carb with 2g fibre it will be 3 total :)

Max 50g trace carbs on keto...you are running the clen incorrectly...you cycle is complete overkill.

That cycle looks ridiculous and then you have all the support drugs on top. Sounds like you need to work on your diet and training more. I am 5'9, 175, have piss poor ecto genetics and have 10% bodyfat. I can still gain slowly naturally at this bodyweight after having run one 500mg/week test cycle. I wouldn't think of running more then two compounds and maybe 700mg week total at this point.
