Great video. I like when he starts talking about the kids taking AAS in high school to get biceps. Be a patriot!...made me laugh.

!00% truth!! GENETICS is the common factor that determines elite athletes...but to determine if you have that potential you have to be willing to walk through that valley of pain every single day for years (EXTREMELY DIFFICULT and why 99.999999% of people fail) and at the same time 100% unequivocally believe that you will succeed.\
And the ace card is so true....guys nowadays flip that card when they are 160-170lbs...that means that they will never be a competitive BB ever...honestly if you cant hit 200lbs somewhat lean without aas BB aint for you!

So true and well said. Also Dave, puts it down on the plate,no excuses,no why? what? how? Just straight up!
In football we had this slightly younger teammate ,at 15 he was a puppy, highlander stock. He had an older brother on the senior team, about 6ft and a lean 225.We all figured he wouldn't match his older brother. At 19 he was 6'5 and a lean 265,went on to play at Queen's.

I would say a minimum factor of 3lbs per inch prior to using aas. That means if you are 5'4" than you should be approx 190lbs minimum off season (not obese) prior to using the ace card.
