Hey all new to the forum. From Toronto / Durham Region area, This is my first post, I have been researching alot on the net
for first time cycles and have come to the conclusion this is likely the best cycle for me.
I am 30 years old, Im 6'3 at 187 pounds currently pretty skinny I guess for my height
I have been working out alot lately trying to gain some weight Im on approx 3000 to 4000 calorie
intake a day. I know I should be on more, I just find it hard to eat that much!! I spend
alot on MASS GAINER powder and its not doing too much, seems my energy is a little low
and Im looking for something to give me a boost. Im thinking a 10 week Dbol and Test-E cycle.
do you think this will give me the gains and strength im looking for, Im not looking to
gain 40 pounds of muscle in 3 months I just want to get stronger and a little larger maybe
hit the 210 - 220 over the year or so. Im new to this so please any help is appreciated
aswell for PCT how can you maintain the results from the cycle after the 10 weeks? would
you loose alot of the gains and strength? sorry if this sounds really NEWBIEISH,

You won't gain much on the diet you are on. You WON'T gain 40 pounds of muscle mass in a cycle. Problem with noobs is their diet. You need to spend quite a few $$$$ on food (chicken,beef,fish,eggs,milk etc). You sound like your main source of calories/protein is mass gainer shakes. Try a preworkout formula if you are low on energy.
Bottom line, there is no quick fix buddy. Time to spend more time in kitchen rather than thinking of running cycle :)

No No, I wasnt saying I want to gain 40 pounds of muscle just off a cycle, thats more of a long term goal. I get alot of calories from Pasta, I eat alot of red meat and chicken and fish aswell, I have a fast metabolism, is that killing all my calories? I do eat well I just cant physically eat that much. trust me im packing it in and I do as much as I can 4 times a day.

the fact you list your calorie range as somewhere between 3000-4000 but really have no idea, means you should just eat more. Sorry, you are 30, your metabolic rate isnt that fast anymore. YOu also said you are working out a lot lately, but that says what? 3 months? 2 weeks? a year even?

Yea I average 3000 - 4000 a day. been working out alot over the past year, Im just not seeing the gains I want. I mean everyone on a cycle had to start somewhere right?
would Just the DBOL give me more gains than powder? should I do a cycle of this first before I try anything else ? There is so much stuff on the market how do you
even know whats going to work or not? I see $70 6lbs protien powders Id rather not waste my money on these.

Well what is it 3000 or 4000? The problem is your inconsistent. You need to eat 4000 cals minimum Every Single Day. You say your not seeing the gains you want, so you think adding drugs is going to solve your problem? If your not gaining naturally you not going to gain on juice you need to eat more. And no you should not do a dbol only cycle.
Here's a little secret. Nothing on the market works. It all bullshit. Eat big and lift heavy, get your calories from whole foods and you will grow. Toss the mass gainers in the garbage.

you would get better answers if you listed a breakdown of your diet ie: amounts of protien/fats/carbs per day, 4000cals of all carbs won't build muscle, most everone here, myself included will say get diet and trainind in check first, you need to be exact about everything you do training/diet. when all that is in order and you still aren't getting the gains you want then try a cycle of aas
that being said, any oral alone is generally ill advised, if you want to do a simple cycle, 10 weeks of test e @ 500mg will give you some decent mass gains with little side effects. if you are dead set on dbol at it as a kickstarted with your first needle @ 40mg/day for 4-6 weeks.
