Didn't want to clutter up physique's sponsor thread so I thought I'd make a small log to track my MT2 use. From my initial post:
took a couple of before pics, so let's see what happens. i'm an island boy so i come pre-packaged with a little colour, but after a very bad incident in vegas i have to get more of a base otherwise i'll burn like a mofo. i'm headin to hawaii in 3 weeks and don't want to spend the entire time getting rubbed down in aloe vera. my GF is taking it too and she's more of a casper the ghost like complexion.
after 3 shots (me - 500mcg/shot, GF - 250mcg/shot) here's what we've noticed:
- within 10 min of the first shot - major flushing, both of us looked like tomatoes, gone after 15 min, no more flushing since
- nausea within 10-15 min - less and less with each shot, we both take it before bed so it's easy to deal with
- boners - after the first two shots i kinda of thought the little general was more active, but i wasn't sure, now i know something is up 'cause i wrote this entire post "hands free" lol

after 5 shots:
I did 500mcg for the first 3 shots then 2 at 750 (GF did 250mcg then 350mcg):
- still get the odd bit of nausea within 10 min of the shot, but it goes away pretty quick
- no more flushing
- at 750mcg I have wood most of the day
I defintely have colour, particularly in the face. It isn't dramatic, but it's defintely there. Pretty cool considering I haven't hit the beds yet. I'm gonna hold off tanning for a bit to see how dark I can get without the use of a tanning bed.
My GF hasn't seen much of a change, but we didn't expect to since her dose was low (trying to assess her tolerance first). She will hit the beds for 10 min in another day and see what happens. She typically has to do multiple tans for her to get any colour at all, so it'll be interesting to see if MT2 speeds up the process.

A bed will definitely speed up the process. I generally like to rock the Mt2 + beds pretty hard in a week to 10 days then I can coast once I see the colour starting to happen but then again I am somewhat of the impatient type lol
once colour is achieved (to your preference) how many shots are necessary for maintenance and at what dose? can you maintain the colour without continued tanning?

8 shots in...
I had to back off the dose, from 750mcg back to 500mcg. My face was darkening much much faster than the rest of my body, looked really weird. I'm gonna hit the beds next week and cover my face to even out the tan, but if I can get colour without a bed then it won't take long under the lights.
My GF has done two tanning sessions at 10 min each and has more colour than previous rounds of tanning. It's nothing crazy, but considering her skin type and previous experience it's a definte improvement in speed. She also is finding her face is tanning a little faster than her body, so she's going to cover it during her next session. Another thing she has noticed is her moles/freckles are getting darker and more noticeable. This I've read is common and will even out when she continues tanning. We are of course watching out for anything unusual with those moles.
Interesting log , thanks.
Do you think the face tans quicker because it's usually exposed to the sun more than anything else ?

I'm not sure why it darkens quicker but it's def been my experience that it does which is why I usually put a towel over my face whn I tan.

Out of curiousity, did you notice any new freckles appearing? When I used MT2 before it sprouted some new permanent freckles on my face :(

Yes, my GF did notice freckles and from what I've read there's a couple things about this:
- MT2 did indeed create new freckles - lower the dose, lower frequesncy
- MT2 caused freckles that were already there to stand out more - lower dose/freqency, tanning (in both cases) will even out the skin and those freckles won't seem to stand out as much
I've notice Mt2 will also darken scars, skin damage, "patchy skin," etc. In these cases most find that tanning (bed or outside) will even things out. I have read that MT2 kind of "reveals" these "imperfections", but continued tanning even things out. I have a couple of scars that have darken - when I tan in a bed I will report back if things look better. I will be hitting th beds this week.
I didn't notice are you taking a shot a day ?
Also what size needles are you using ?

We're shooting with insulin pins - 29g, 1 inch
Daily pinning is the protocol during the beginning while you get MT2 in your system. Once you've acheived the level of colour you want you can shoot as little as 1 per week to maintain depending on how much sun/tanning you do. My friend did MT2 before his trip to Cuba, got BLACK while down there, then continued to darken for the next couple of days after coming back. He let his tan fade slightly (he was way too dark after the trip, looked funny), then shot once per week. He stayed his colour throughout the summer and into February without the use of beds. Pretty crazy.

I forgot to mention we're pinning sub-q around the belly area.

So I've done about 12 shots since I started. Here's a comparison pic as promised. Remember this is without tanning in a bed or outside, just from shooting MT2.
The camera washes me out a little, but it's the same in both pics. I'm darker in person. I don't know if you can see it, but my face is darker than the rest of my body. When I hit the beds this week I'll be covering my face to even things out.
