I may be switching employers and will have to do a urine and blood test. Do you guys think they would look for PED's or just street drugs? Anyone try these tests while on? I'm only using prop right now.

Are they allowed to do this in canada? i was reading about this the other week. we have some installers that are using cocaine during work hours and we cant bring in drug testing. its against the human rights act. from what i read antways. but they will just be looking for street drugs and perscription drug abuse.

Ya from my knowledge and what ppl have told me about it they are just looking for rec drugs *weed, coke, etc* so you will likely be good. If you do anything else tho stop now and do some sort of detox to clean out.

Go in all jacked up and veiny with a string top and growl at the person who gives ya the test. :)

In all seriousness, I thought if they saw a cholesterol issue they may get snoopy. Not sure what other symptoms would raise a flag. I wonder if my overall appearance would make them look deeper or if the testing is pre determined.

Not sure about non union, but in our last contract the company wanted blood testing if they had a suspicion that was justifiable from your actions they had the right to ask for it. It's already been used once after an underground accident.
You do have the right to refuse , but they also have the right to not hire you if you don't get one.
It should only be street drugs and pot stays in your system the longest.
