That was another guy named Dan who I had given the job of training people. He decided to stop fullfilling his responsibilities to people who he trained and just dissapeared leaving those people with nothing.....very dissapointing. Betrayed them and betrayed me.

Its kind of like niacin, it does go away though after awhile, the tingle with sunburn is quite weird...lol...

Its fun seeing the dogs floating around on the water....lol...Id like to train ours to be pulled behind the boat slowly, with a lifejacket someday soon...

Do you guys get the tingle from BA? I've never had that no matter what brand I take or what dose. It does seem to help with intraworkout muscle fatigue and endurance.

Yes but it need to be more then 5g. And I noticed that if I mix it with other stuff like citruline, arginine, bcca, carnitine... I will not feel the tingling as much.
